  • I've eaten at Claddagh before, and, since no one else cares to comment, I will.

    I didn't expect much going in, as the residents of the British Isles are known to be some of the worst cooks in the world. But, I was pleasantly surprised.

    I had the Shepard's Pie, the original iteration of the white trash favorite Tator Tot Casserole. And it was a crazy amount of food. Basically, a pound of ground beef, half a box of mashed potatoes, and a can of mixed veggies. My stomach exploded. But it sure was tasty.

    An added bonus: Since Claddagh is outside of the Madison city limits, you can actually smoke in the bar. Take that, you Madison commies!!
