This was my second trip to Bahia and I haven't been disappointed yet.
The first time I had fajitas...but this time, I had the same bacon shrimp that Ryan did.
Wow!
I've gotta say that I am not a HUGE fan of shrimp (this side of Marco Island), but these shrimp were out of this world! I didn't think three would be enough for a meal, but I was wrong.
SOME ADVICE: While I didn't have the Fajitas with the IDS, I strongly recommend getting cheese on the side if/when you order them. It sounds silly to say, but they have the chihuahua cheese...not that generic shit Don Pablo's uses.
Welcome to the official blog of the International Dining Society. Originally founded in 1932 by two brothers, the IDS was resurrected in 2005 and has been going strong ever since! The goal...to find interesting lunch options on which to dine and to spread the word of said options to the masses who struggle with the day to day choices of McDonald's versus Burger King.
2 Comments:
Take three HUGE shrimps, wrap 'em in bacon, and stuff the whole thing with cheese. THAT'S PURE GENIUSNESS!
And at $6.50, enough to blow my freakin' mind.
ADDED BONUS: I also got to stare longingly out the window at El Cubano!
